Sometimes the structure of the foot and it's bone alignment can be responsible for painful conditions such as corns calluses, joint pains, muscle pains and strains, heel pain, arch pain and ankle problems.

Biomechanical assessment considers the body's structure and how it walks and runs. It looks for the cause of a problem and provides solutions such as custom made orthotics (arch supports) and enables the recommendation of exercises that may stretch shortened muscles, or strengthen weak ones.
